The world-wide financial tsunami has led to great risk for international trade, one of the risks being that the shipping company may go bankrupt or the goods may be short-shipped or damaged because of strike, war, terrorist attack and other causes occasioning huge financial loss to your esteemed company. To avert the risk and to prevent loss, we, Joyhigh, would provide you with the following ssurance and propose in association with Ming An Insurance Co., Limited to provide you with the following insurance cover:
Joyhigh will provide assurance that your goods will reach the destination. In the event of bankruptcy of the shipping company, Joyhigh undertakes to deliver the goods to the destination subject to Conditions (1) and (2) below.
We will provide this assurance free of charge.
Conditions
(1) This assurance will only cover customers who execute Joyhigh’s bills of lading, not for customers who enter bills of lading directly the shipping companies.
(2) This assurance shall only take effect if the customer pays in full all delivery and other charges immediately upon receipt of Joyhigh’s bill of lading.
