To show that “Service is our strength” better, we now advise all our partners, in the begining of 2005 we set up a new “Research and Develop Department” in Joyhigh. The main function of this department is to open up the trade agent market for all our clients of Joyhigh company, and particular as follow:

A. As the service department of all our clients, searching all the needed goods in the huge China business market, using the shortest time to find the most cheaper and good quality goods by the internet and all the trade fair.

B. After our clients confirm the specification of the goods, we will negotiate the price with the manufactory and try to get the better discount for our clients.

C. After receive the order from our clients, we will place the order to the manufactory and follow all the product process of it. We will use the most imitate time to do what our clients need, to keep in touch with the manufactory and sign the legal contract between us. Being the intendance for the clients, and check all the specification of the product process.

D. As the clients request, we will be the Q.C. to check all quality and quantity of the finished goods. Settle all the thing about passing the custom, including the invoice and packing documents making and supply, and also the following of customs declaration and export inspection documents.

E. Take care of the documents after goods passing custom, and all the shipment related things.

F. Handle all other related things
